Chicken update

The update is that the meal tasted good. As I suspected, the sour cream behaved oddly in the Crockpot. If I make it again, I would Crockpot it with a little cream of chicken soup and not put sour cream in the Crock but instead serve it on the side. Also good on top of tortilla chips like a taco salad and with salsa.

    I was wondering about the sour cream, but it sounded too good to complain.
